      目的:通过文献计量学方法,分析环状RNA(circular RNA,circRNA)的研究现状和发展趋势,探索研究热点和前沿。方法:从中国知网(CNKI)中检索2012-2021年发表circRNA相关研究文献,运用CiteSpace软件,从发文量及引用情况、高频关键词和突现研究热点等角度进行可视化分析。结果:学者在国内期刊发表相关论文数量呈逐年上升趋势;作者及发文机构合作相对分散、核心作者集群不明显;基金资助率较高,但高引用论文仍以综述为主;研究热点主要集中于肿瘤学,但也已扩大到心血管疾病等领域;研究前沿逐渐由circRNA生物学特性的基础研究过渡到circRNA在疾病发生、发展和诊断治疗中功能机制的应用研究。结论:作为生物医学领域的研究前沿,circRNA相关研究在近10年中快速发展,原创性、突破性调控机制研究引领学科创新发展。
英文摘要:
      Objective To analyze the research status and development trend of circular RNA (circRNA) by bibliometric methods and explore the research hotspots and frontiers. Methods Based on China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI), Chinese literatures on circRNA research were retrieved in recent 10 years and CiteSpace software was used to construct a visualized knowledge map by analyzing the publication, frequency of citations, high-frequency keywords and emerging research hotspots. Results The number of related papers published by scholars in Chinese journals is increasing year by year; the cooperation between authors and publishing institutions is relatively scattered, and the dominant clusters are not obvious; the funding rate is relatively high, but highly cited papers are still mainly reviews; the research focus on oncology, but also expands to other medical fields such as cardiovascular diseases and the research frontier is gradually transitioning from basic research of exploring the biological features of circRNA to the applied study focusing on functional mechanisms of circRNA in the occurrence, development, diagnose and treatment of diseases. Conclusion As a research frontier in the biomedical field, circRNA research has developed rapidly in the past decade, and the original and groundbreaking research dedicated to regulatory mechanism is the key to lead the innovative development in this field.
